Originally a new construction home, this project was an opportunity to layer in warmth, character, and a sense of individuality. We reimagined key spaces throughout — renovating the kitchen, introducing a custom breakfast nook, and reconfiguring the primary suite to create a more functional and intentional layout, complete with a bespoke wardrobe and bath.

Throughout the home, we added custom built-ins, a wet bar, and a screened porch to support the rhythm of daily life and gathering. Each intervention was designed to soften the builder-grade foundation and bring a sense of depth and permanence to the interiors.

Playful moments of color and pattern were woven in to reflect the personality of the young family who lives here — resulting in a home that feels layered, inviting, and distinctly their own.
